Changes to how we operate

From 11/03//2021 we will be operating reduced opening hours

Monday-Friday: 10:00 – 17:00
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Yes, online orders are being processed as usual. There might be slight delays with the postal services. For information about delays from our couriers, please visit dedicated pages at Royal Mail and Parcel Force for up to date information.

We are still taking bookings for domestic and commercial jobs as usual but might have longer lead times

Only 2 customers are allowed in the branch at one time. Please keep at least 2 meters away from each other. Ensure you follow any additional guidlines displayed in store.

Our engineers operating on faults and emergency call outs will be using appropriate PPE equipment including masks, gloves & clothing. 

Orders for collection can be placed by phone or on our website. When picking up orders you have paid for on online, please bring the card you used to pay for the order at the collection point.

You will be notified by phone when your order is ready for collection. If you have placed a web order for collection you can ring us on 0121-655-0146 to check when your order will be ready or email info@app-cctv101.mpghilqnr1-pxr4k5r7q4gn.p.temp-site.link.
