Changes to how we operate

This page lists details of operational changes during the Covid-19 Pandemic. We will continue to monitor developments and advice very closely. Any updates will be published on this page.

New Opening Hours

From 27/05/2020 our new opening hours are as follows:

Monday-Friday: 12:00 – 17:00
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Our telephone lines are open during these times only.

Can I still order online?

Yes, online orders are being processed as usual. There might be slight delays with the postal services. For information about delays from our couriers, please visit dedicated pages at Royal Mail and Parcel Force for up to date information.

Can I book Installation?

With the current UK lockdown in place, we are currently able to book installation for new and existing customers in the following areas only; hospitals; schools; social care; courts; government estate; supermarkets and the food supply chain; the transport network; national infrastructure and utilities. We looking to resume normal operations in June 2020 following government guidance.

Only 2 customers are allowed in the branch at one time. Please keep at least 2 meters away from each other. Ensure you follow any additional guidlines displayed in store.

Social distancing measures on site

Our engineers operating on faults and emergency call outs will be using appropriate PPE equipment including masks, gloves & clothing. On-site visits are only available to contract customers with critical fault cover & installation bookings for critical industry sectors. We expect services to resume as normal from June 2020.

How do I place an order for collection

Orders for collection can be placed by phone or on our website. When picking up orders you have paid for on online, please bring the card you used to pay for the order at the collection point.

You will be notified by phone when your order is ready for collection. If you have placed a web order for collection you can ring us on 0121-655-0146 to check when your order will be ready.
