Who we are

www.cctv101.co.uk is run by Cerrado Ltd, trading as CCTV101, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06685310). Our address is Unit 60, Camp Hill Industrial Estate, John Kempe Way, Birmingham, B12 0HU.

By using this website you agree to these terms. Orders are also covered by our delivery and returns policies. How we handle personal information is in the privacy policy.

Automated access and scraping

You may not use bots, scrapers or any other automated tool to copy or collect content from this website. That covers product listings, prices, stock levels, specifications, descriptions and photos, whether you are logged in or not.

Nor may you use our content to build a database or a price monitoring service, or for data mining of any kind. Automated sign-ups and basket bots are banned too.

Search engines and AI assistants may visit public pages to show them in search results and answers, provided they follow our robots.txt file and do not access anything behind a login.

We block or challenge automated traffic, and we may close any account used to break these rules. If you need product data for a genuine reason, such as a reseller feed or a system integration, send us a message and we will see what we can provide.

Trade prices and accounts

Some brands show prices only to logged-in customers with an approved account. Those prices are for your own purchasing. Please do not publish them or pass them on, and keep your login to yourself.

Our content

The words and photos on this website belong to Cerrado Ltd or to the manufacturers who supply them. You are welcome to view pages and print them for your own use. Copying them for use elsewhere needs our written permission.

Product information

We work hard to keep descriptions, specifications, prices and stock information accurate. Mistakes still happen, and manufacturers change their products without telling anyone. If something looks wrong, ask us before you order. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Links to other websites are there for convenience. We are not responsible for what those sites contain.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
