Sixteen cameras at the lowest cost we can do in genuine Dahua, each on its own coax and nothing else.
The cameras are DH-HAC-HDW1500TP-A-POC-S2 eyeballs: 5MP Starlight with a built-in microphone. They record on the DH-XVR5216AN-I3-16P, which powers every channel over the coax and has two hard drive bays. Pick the drive size in the recorder’s own options.
The recorder records every camera in 5MP Lite (Dahua calls it 5M-N), a reduced-resolution 5MP mode, at up to 10 frames a second. That is what keeps the price down. It is plenty for watching a drive or a yard and checking who called. If you need every pixel the cameras capture, the full 5MP version of this kit records at full resolution.
About the camera: DH-HAC-HDW1500TP-A-POC-S2
The lowest-cost Dahua camera we stock that still has a 5MP sensor and a microphone. It is a Starlight model, built to hold a usable picture in poor light, and its infrared takes over once it is properly dark.
It takes its power down the coax from a PoC recorder, so each camera needs one cable and nothing else. Choose grey or black with a 2.8 mm lens, or white with a 3.6 mm lens, which sees a little further but less wide.
