Description
Power over Coax keeps the wiring simple. One coax cable to each camera carries power and video, sound included, straight from the back of the recorder. No power supply box to find a home for.
The cameras are DH-HAC-HDW1509TP-IL-A-POC eyeballs: 5MP HDCVI with Smart Dual Light and a built-in microphone. They watch in infrared and can switch to warm white light for a colour picture. Choose white or grey. The lens is 2.8mm.
It records on the DH-XVR5104H-4KL-I3-4P, a 4-channel WizSense XVR with PoC on every channel. Tick the upgrade for the 8-channel DH-XVR5108H-4KL-I3-8P instead. WizSense picks out people and vehicles, so the alerts in the DMSS app are worth opening. Pick the hard drive size in the recorder’s own options.
Any RG59 or RG6 coax works for PoC. Our 20m plug-and-play cable is listed below if you need runs made up. Its power pair can simply stay unused.
About the camera: DH-HAC-HDW1509TP-IL-A-POC
A 5MP (2880 × 1620) HDCVI eyeball that takes its power down the same coax as the video. On a PoC recorder that is one cable per camera and nothing else to run.
Smart Dual Light is worked by the recorder. The camera sits on infrared at night. When the XVR's perimeter protection or SMD Plus spots a person or vehicle in a zone you set, the camera turns its warm light on for a colour picture, then drops back to infrared once they have gone. Light reaches up to 40 m. There is a microphone built in, and the 120 dB WDR copes with headlights and bright windows.
